I’m Corinna Kelley, MPH—a public health professional, leadership health strategist, and founder of CREID.
My work grew out of years leading in service-based systems where commitment was expected, outcomes mattered deeply, and change was constant. Like many leaders, I believed progress came from doing more, adapting faster, or moving to a new environment when things no longer fit.
Over time, I learned something different.
The environments changed—but the deeper shift needed to start with how I was leading, the rhythms I was operating from, and the beliefs shaping my decisions. Until those conditions changed, leadership would continue to feel heavy.
CREID exists to support leaders in strengthening leadership from the root—aligning who they are becoming with how they lead, so people, organizations, and communities can grow in healthier ways.
